Cyclone Separation

Two-Stage Efficiency

Single-stage bag collectors are obsolete for industrial work. A two-stage cyclone separator forces incoming debris-laden air into a vortex. Heavy chips and large sawdust particles lose velocity and drop into a collection bin before they ever reach the impeller or the fine filter. This sustains high CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) performance by preventing filter clogging.

Sub-Micron Hazards

The most dangerous dust in a woodshop is invisible. Particles smaller than 2.5 microns can penetrate deep into lung tissue. High-end industrial systems utilize pleated HEPA-grade canister filters capable of capturing 99.9% of particles down to 0.3 microns, ensuring the exhausted air is cleaner than the ambient shop air.
